The National Black Postdoc Association (NBPA) Leadership Symposium at the University of Texas Southwestern (UTSW) offered an enriching program focused on professional and personal development, providing members with sessions on team leadership, time management, and burnout prevention. This event also encouraged networking across our vibrant community, strengthening connections and fostering partnerships. The poster and research talk sessions of the symposium not only showcased the amazing work of our trainees but also provided opportunities for future collaboration.
