The Inaugural HBPA Career Fair provided an invaluable platform for postdoctoral scholars of diverse backgrounds to explore career paths, network with industry professionals, and forge connections that support their future. Attendees had the opportunity to meet with leading organizations, discuss career opportunities, and expand their professional networks. The Career Fair also served as a fundraising initiative for the HMS Black Postdoc Travel Award, supporting postdocs in attending key conferences to advance their careers.
